Times between published bands are assigned to the closest band. Traditional midpoints below 15 minutes or above 3 hours do not receive a generic slow-cooker schedule.
For pressure time P minutes, the traditional first-check range is 2P to 3P. The displayed time is rounded to the nearest minute below 30 minutes and to the nearest 5 minutes at 30 minutes or more. Total pressure-cooker elapsed time is come-up + P + release.
Stovetop and oven results share a time range because the source guidance describes “traditional” or conventional cooking broadly. The dish selection changes the practical method note, not the numerical range. The tool does not claim that every recipe transfers directly between a simmering burner and an oven.

Not automatically. Pressure cookers lose very little moisture, while a stovetop pan or oven vessel may evaporate much more. Start with the liquid from a similar target-method recipe and monitor it.
The published chart covers traditional times from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Outside that range, a generic slow-cooker schedule would be too speculative, especially for delicate or very long-cooking foods.
Follow the original recipe and your appliance manual. A natural release continues cooking and is often gentler for foamy foods and large cuts; a quick release stops pressure cooking sooner but can cause vigorous steam and liquid movement.
